Exchange Policy

All Products purchased on efashion.ae comes with a 7 Day Exchange Policy. If you have decided to change your mind after buying the product on or before delivery, and if the item's box or plastic wrapping has not been opened or and the product's packaging and product itself have not been damaged, you may exchange it for an item of equal or lesser value for a period of 7 Days. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error. Item will not be returned or exchanged if a person is unsatisfied with the product features after the box has been opened. We will only accept exchange or refund if the box is sealed pack. Returning of product will be customer’s responsibility.

Refund Policy:

You can place a request for refund by sending an email to info@efashion.ae

Refunds can only be accepted in case the product which customer received is not as described on website or delivered in damaged condition.

Once efashion.ae approves the refund, please take into consideration following points:

  • The item can be sent to us by courier or can be dropped at our office. Please pack the item/s appropriately for transit - goods packaged without due care may be rejected or extra costs deducted for the damaged caused.
  • efashion.ae would recommend using same courier service, through which you received your parcel to prevent loss in transit.
  • efashionn.ae is not liable for any items you sent that are damaged or lost in transit, we are only in a position to assist in the customer's claim for compensation by reporting all the relevant information to the respective carriers.
  • As soon as your return has been received, we will send you an email notification.  Refunds will be finalized within 1 to 2 weeks from the date of receipt.
